Our company works with various types of events and organizations that have differing formats and
activities. Because no two events are the same, Top of the Rock has a number of rental and
usage options that have proven to be successful. We will design a financial package that fits
your organization’s budget and allows you to bring our portable rock-climbing wall to your next
event!
Rental Options
Option A: Signage and Sponsorship on the Climbing Wall
Imagine your company’s corporate banner, logo and telephone number appearing over 24 feet in the
air, visible to event attendees and potential customers. Secure a sponsorship to underwrite all
or part of the fee for Top of the Rock with your signage at the top of the rock! Your event
then charges a "per climb" fee as we do at most festivals with 100% of the proceeds returned to
your organization. Our climbing wall is the most visible attraction at most events and is
always the center of attention!

Option B: Fundraisers / Booster Clubs / Carnivals - Revenue Sharing Agreement
Do you think your event or fundraiser doesn’t have the budget for our climbing attraction? Well,
think again! You will be surprised at the creativeness and proven results of our marketing staff.
You can rent our attraction for your upcoming event. Top of the Rock then charges $5.00 per climb.
After sufficient climbs have been made to cover the rental fee, Top of the Rock will fully refund
the rental fee to your organization and share all additional revenue with you.
In addition, one of our most creative marketing tools is the Top of the Rock Climbing Buck. We
print these certificates specifically for your event. Your group or organization pre-sells
climbs, guaranteeing you a successful event. Call to discuss this option.

Option C: Youth Groups / Churches / Trade Shows / Company Picnics / Trade Shows - Rental
Most of these type events use Top of the Rock’s rental-by-the-hour program that allows your
organization’s attendees to climb as many times as they want without charge. You can also
display your signage or banners at the Top of the Rock - 24 feet in the air and highly visible
to all who attend!
Option D: Street Festivals / Sporting Events / Air Shows / Concerts - Charge by the Climb
Top of the Rock contracts and operates in partnership with several large street festivals,
universities, sporting venues and outdoor amphitheaters in the Raleigh-Durham and eastern North
Carolina region. At these events Top of the Rock charges $5.00 per climb and we keep all
proceeds.
At many of these events, Top of the Rock has partnered with the Herald Sun newspaper and
together entered into third-party agreements in which the venue receives in-kind advertising
for their big event in one of the largest newspapers in the State of North Carolina. Call us to
see if your event has the right reader demographics for this terrific partnership opportunity!
Rental Rates
Prices include the climbing wall, surrounding amusement fencing, safety harnesses and uniformed,
fully trained and experienced climb masters. Top of the Rock Attractions, Inc. guarantees all
event times and dates and requires deposit and agreement in writing by both parties to secure
your rental date.
Hourly Rental $250.00 - $325.00
(4-hour minimum)
Additional Hours $125.00 - $250.00
Due to costs of relocating our attraction and high-demand in season, multi-hour minimums are
required. We offer discount packages for full day, weekly and monthly rentals. Call or email

Photographs
Top of the Rock can also arrange professional photographs to be taken at your event. We have
partnered with Strawbridge Studios, one of the largest school photographers in the Southeast
United States and based in Durham, North Carolina. Strawbridge Studios offers state of the
art, on-site digital on-demand photographs of each climber on the wall. After descending the
climbing wall, the customer can view his or her photograph and, if they so desire, select from a
variety of photo packages that are professionally processed on-site within minutes to be taken
home to share with family and friends. This is a must for trade shows, corporate functions,
school carnivals and always a crowd pleaser!
